We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the office with essential administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Prepare and distribute monthly invoices
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
• Process accounts payable and assist with collections
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Provide general administrative support to the engineering and surveying teams
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
