The project focused on rehabilitating the site’s primary drive and parking areas to improve safety, accessibility, and long-term pavement performance within an active institutional campus.
The scope of work included full resurfacing and targeted rehabilitation of existing pavement areas, along with reconfiguration of parking layouts to improve circulation and operational efficiency. Additional improvements included storm sewer upgrades to enhance site drainage and support long-term infrastructure performance.
