Point Design Group provided civil engineering services for asphalt replacement and resurfacing improvements at a state behavioral healthcare facility in Massillon. The project focused on rehabilitating the site’s primary drive and parking areas to improve safety, accessibility, and long-term pavement performance within an active institutional campus.
The scope of work included full resurfacing and targeted rehabilitation of existing pavement areas, along with reconfiguration of parking layouts to improve circulation and operational efficiency.
