Our team supported the project from early design through final closeout, delivering site development engineering, utility coordination, stormwater management design, and permitting assistance. Landscape architecture services included the design of streetscape enhancements and site amenities that contribute to both the functionality and aesthetic of the development. Given the urban infill nature of the site, careful coordination with existing infrastructure and surrounding roadways was critical to successfully advance the project. 

During construction, Point Design Group played an active role through construction administration services, working closely with the project team to address field conditions, review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and ensure the design intent was maintained throughout the build process. Our involvement continued through project completion, including punch list preparation and closeout documentation. 

The completed development features 35 affordable housing units, including apartments designated for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities, along with supportive services provided through community partnerships. Additional amenities include ground-floor commercial space, secure bike storage, and energy-efficient building systems.
