Point Design Group was retained by RSH Architects to perform the civil site design for a 5 story Apartment Building for Autism clients. The Apartments will feature 42 one and two-bedroom apartments, including six for physically disabled people, on the site of the former Wright’s Seafood restaurant in Heidelberg. PDG’s tasks included the site design, municipal approvals through Heidelberg Borough and Allegheny County Planning Approvals. Point Design Group also performed the site survey, subdivision and lot consolidation plans and ALTA survey in order to secure funding.

Point Design Group surveyed the site located at William Penn Hwy and School Road. PDG then prepared the Civil/Site Plans, stormwater management plans, and construction details for a new Walgreens Pharmacy. PDG also provided handicap accessibility review.
