Point Design Group was retained by ACTION HOUSING, INC.to perform the civil site design for 6 story Apartment Building for Veterans and Seniors. The Apartments features 41 one and two-bedroom apartments. Point Design Group’s tasks included the site design, municipal approvals through Forest Hills Borough, and Allegheny County Planning Approvals. Point Design Group also performed the site survey, ALTA survey, and civil site design, utility coordination, stormwater management design and landscape design to secure the necessary permits for the project.

Point Design Group was brought in to assist the Sewer District after they had started the project. The H&A team came up to speed quickly to get the design completed in the County’s required time schedule.
Point Design Group was able to provide 100 homeowners, many with contaminated wells, to be connected to safe drinking
