Point Design Group was brought in to assist the Sewer District after they had started the project. The H&A team came up to speed quickly to get the design completed in the County’s required time schedule.
Point Design Group assisted the Tuscarawas County Sewer District with the preparation of the plans and specifications and the construction for improvements to the Wilkshire Hills and Sandyville-Ease Sparta Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP’S). Improvements at the Wilkshire Hills WWTP included a rotary sludge press, a building for the press, sludge pumps, blowers, aeration equipment and piping. The Sandyville-East Sparta WWTP received an ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system (to replace the existing chlorination system) and an emergency generator.
